Who we are

Tezalis is a business project operated by Borislav Stoyanov in Bulgaria. Tezalis provides procurement and supplier-negotiation support to businesses. For privacy questions or requests, contact borislav@tezalis.com.

Information we may use

For business development we may use limited business contact information such as a person’s name, job title, employer, work contact details, publicly available professional information and records of our communications. For UK validation we may contact relevant senior business people at corporate organisations using their professional work details where this is reasonably connected to their role.

Why we use it

We use this information to identify organisations that may reasonably benefit from Tezalis, send relevant business-to-business communications, respond to enquiries, manage pilot cases, maintain records of communications and make sure we do not contact people or businesses that have asked us not to.

Where the information comes from

Information may come from publicly available business sources such as company websites, Companies House, public professional profiles, industry directories and other public business information. We may also receive information directly from the person or organisation concerned.

Lawful basis

Where UK data-protection law applies to personal data used for business-to-business outreach, we rely on legitimate interests where appropriate. Our legitimate interest is to develop and test a relevant B2B procurement-support service. We limit outreach to relevant business roles and organisations, minimise the data used, avoid special-category data, provide transparency and make it easy to object. Where another lawful basis is more appropriate, we will use that basis instead.

Direct marketing and your right to object

You can ask us at any time not to use your personal information for direct marketing. If you object, we will stop using your personal information for that purpose. We may keep the minimum information necessary on a suppression list so that we can respect your preference in the future.

Sharing and service providers

We may use reputable service providers for email, cloud storage, website, CRM/workspace or client-portal functions. They may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

International processing

Tezalis is operated from Bulgaria. Some service providers may process information in other countries. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or provider safeguard.

Retention

Prospect contact information used only for outreach should normally be reviewed and removed within 12 months of the last meaningful interaction if there is no continuing business reason to keep it. Suppression information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure that an opt-out is respected. Enquiry, pilot-case and client information may be retained for longer where necessary to provide the service, resolve issues or meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. For direct marketing, the right to object is absolute. Contact borislav@tezalis.com to exercise a privacy right. UK individuals may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Automated decision-making

Tezalis does not make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects as part of its outreach process.
